Today two of the kids just kept hanging around... I couldn't figure out why they weren't going home. Finally, I asked what was going on. Jacob, the boy I asked, gave a general response,
"I'm looking for something."
OK.... What are you looking for?
"Uhhhhhh.... Andrew lost his snake."
What!?!?!!? You're not serious, right?
Well, it turns out, we had a Peruvian red-tailed boa on the loose. Yup, a mouse-eating machine was roaming about the walls of our school, ahhhhhhhhhhh! Needless to say, I left the library pretty quickly after hearing that news this afternoon. The worse news is that Monty is still on the loose... It'll scare me for sure whenever he decides to wake up from his little nap... eeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I found out Monty showed back up... I can´t believe no one told me... He had been found last Wednesday and no one bothered to fill me in until a week later.. Humph!
