Anyone up for a Sandwich? How about listening to Sandi Patti?

So Mom's here in Colorado visiting... Last night we were looking through the real estate ads in our local free paper. We have dreamed with some friends about someday buying some land in Colorado - or elsewhere in the mountains. Goodie was looking at the ads for land. Check out the one he found:

I mean - fo' real! It's meant to be. Right next to the great Sand Dunes. How could we pass it up!?! Sandi Patti, sandwiches, San Luis... We had sand everywhere for weeks! Oh fun memories. Perhaps we will have to do a family trip to the great Sand Dunes again.
